Military Intensity Training
The British military is full of ridiculously fit people. We incorporate better sports science with traditional military fitness methods to deliver constantly varying workouts that include strength, cardio vascular, endurance, conditioning and competition.
Why It Works
All group sessions are designed in three formats, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced therefore catering for all abilities within the group setting.
Teamwork, camaraderie and a little of the 'Dunkirk spirit' are just some of the ways that we get individuals together to form the MF Army.
