Every day is a different day. We focus on different muscle groups from Monday to Thursday. Friday is an all over body intense sessions. Saturday is our 'Challenger' session. Sunday is a recap of the week. Our sessions are designed to get you to work individually to the max in a group based environment, aiming to always achieve 1 more. Being former Military soldiers, we drop the ego and encourage camaraderie, teamwork and motivation. We are not looking for the fittest or the strongest, we are looking for people who want to get result. We are not there to give you high fives or inflate a false ego, we are here to push you to do more the Military way, in a supportive environment.
How We Work
All group sessions are designed to cater for all fitness levels. You chose your own weights. We guide you to go heavier or lighter if needed.
Teamwork, camaraderie and a little of the 'Dunkirk spirit' are just some of the ways that we get individuals together to form the MF Army.
